Building partnerships with impact is important to us at the Saskatchewan Fashion Association!
Today we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with SREDA (Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority).
SREDA’s mission and goals are closely aligned with us at the SFA…
SREDA’s role is to strengthen and grow the local economy by providing programs and services in the areas of business attraction and expansion; entrepreneurship; regional economic development and planning; Indigenous economic development, and economic intelligence.
They work with entrepreneurs to provide business strategy training and take their businesses to new heights and explore new opportunities for export and beyond.
To kick-off our partnership with SREDA they are hosting a workshop following our AGM on Saturday, May 23rd at the Alt Hotel in Saskatoon.

Your business plan usually is made up of content that forms the basis of your strategic plan, operational plan and financial plan. After your business has launched, implementing logical strategies will help you maintain and grow your market share. This seminar will help attendees:
Understand the concept of strategic planning and learn components of a strategic plan
Understand how vision and mission statements guide strategic planning
Learn tools to organize research and ideas
Learn examples of foundational strategies in marketing, operations and human resources
Address challenges in implementing and evaluating a strategic plan
