Aaron Norum is a Small Business Advisor with Conexus Credit Union. She has been in the Credit Union system for over eleven years with much of that in the Commercial Banking field. Aaron specializes in working with Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs to understand their business needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

Cody Podhordeski has been with Conexus for a little over one year and came from the chartered big bank world. As a Professional Business Specialist, he mainly focuses on professional and healthcare-related businesses. He has significant experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Cody’s knowledge of professional association bylaws, industry standards, and trends combined with Conexus’s resources and solutions makes him a real asset to his other business members.
