The BENEFITS of showing in Saskatchewan Fashion Weekend are as follows:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
IN FASHION Presented by Midtown Shopping Centre is open to in mall retailers ONLY.
All in mall Midtown Shopping Centre retailers are encouraged to apply to show and/or sell.
All retailers will be included in our Media Kit sent to local, regional, and national contacts.
SFW producer will be in touch directly with retailer. Logo and choice of music will be required.
Participation in the event is free, however we do require a fee for SFA models. A professional model list on August 7th 2023 will be provided by SFW to retailer to choose minimum 5 models/1 model per look. Retailers have the option of supplying own models. SFW will determine model availability from all agencies and freelancers and provide a short list of models (including photos, measurements and videos) for retailers to chose from for their show. Diverse model selection information will be sent out Monday, August 7 2023.
SFW will contact models to have them come in during store hours for fittings. Retailer may specify times or leave as come and go leading up to the event.
Model will arrange own hair and makeup - natural look.
Model will arrive 2 hours before show time the day of the showcase to acquire outfit supplied by retailer and return outfit following the show. Same day.
SFW will produce and execute a high caliber presentation on runway IN FASHION
Retailer will provide description of each look for Emcee to use while explaining on stage.
SFW will supply retailer with professional runway photos.
Model fees: $25 per model/walk/look are paid for by retailers directly to SFW via pay link that will be sent out following retailers model choices. These fees are paid directly to models.
We ask that retailers present a minimum of 5 looks.
SFW will provide show times based on number of applications.
